Living room
De Ontginning has a spacious living room with a large bar and an open kitchen. The cozy living room has a fireplace, TV, DVD player, and sound system.
The large bar comes with a tap. On request we can supply Heineken casks of 10, 30 and 50 liters. Other types of beer on request. If desired, we can also provide the other beverages (wine and sodas) so that you do not have to bring your own.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with luxury built-in appliances (a 5-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, and dishwasher-with detergent). Also present are a coffee maker (including coffee filters) and a kettle.
Bedrooms
In De Ontginning you will find a total of nine spacious bedrooms, each with two single beds (box spring beds). All rooms come with a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. There are 7 bathrooms.
In six of the bedrooms, there is an option to add another bed.
One bedroom with adapted bathroom is suitable for disabled guests.
De Ontginning has 2 family rooms. This means that 4 (2×2) of the 9 bedrooms in total are connected and share a bathroom. Making this room perfect for, for instance, parents with children.

- Towel package (€2.50) and kitchen linen package (€5.00) can be rented;
- The property has a private terrace with garden furniture;
- On request, we can also provide children’s furniture;
- There is free wireless Internet throughout the entire property.
